The project originated by the collaboration between Segnale Digitale and DjWar Warsound gets to the second chapter with the edition of 3 new 7 inches records on the new "Chatty" riddim produced by Catchy outa "Xtreme Entertainment". Over this version, distinctively marked by those acid keyboards and strong bassline, some of the most promising talents in the italian reggae movement are taking their steps: the Salento veterans Ghetto Eden, Roddy outta the band called Franziska, Pupiddhru and Wario outta the Badzooka crew, Gamba outta "X-treme Entertainment" crew, and Jahky Revi from Barcelona. The six tracks get over the riddim with different interpretations, as the tunes by Roddy, Wario and Jahky are celebrations of the dancehall with its rituals, the verse by Gamba crashes against those who use to hide behind a web nickname and speak badly over people, Pupiddhru talks in his own way with the dancehall girls, and the Ghetto Eden crew calls up the strength to face hard situations in life. Italian language and dialect are melted up with patois in these six tunes which are ready to bring fire in the dancehall.

It is evident that the tunes on a riddim like the new "Chatty" could have been nothing but great tunes, well marking the talents of a new generation of italian singers deserving and surely getting closer to the larger attention of the international movement. The version, produced by Catchy for Segnale Digitale and Warsound, is accurate and effective, with an incredible flexibility that makes it suitable for different interpretations and singing styles. PUPIDDHRU, getting through his official debut with the single "Check di gyaal", gives us an example of metrical acrobatics and a flow worthy of a great veteran. His partner in the Badzooka crew, WARIO, successfully starts with a well-read quotation, adapting the famous chorus of the hit by Grandmaster Flash and Melle Mel "The Message" to the subject of ganja, ever burning in the dance. RODDY answers as a master with the clockwork rub a dub of the tune "Step inna di dance", remarking the energy spreading from the dance moves as even JAHKY says in his tune "Dancehall smile": a real hot moves collection in a chorus which will be hard to forget. With the tune "Troa la forza", the GHETTO EDEN crew shows up a rich variety of singing styles (from ragga through soul and hip hop) discussing about the necessary human resistance measures in difficult social situations; on the other hand GAMBA lets the message get even stronger in his tune "Il boom del chatty chatty", in which he gets angry with all those people who need to hide behind a nickname on the web to speak badly over somebody. All great tunes, but the performances by Pupiddhru and Roddy are something worthy of a world championship.

L'esordio di una nuova label e' sempre un fatto abbastanza speciale: la War Sound/Segnale Digitale esordisce nel 2006 con tre singoli in vinile utilizzando il 'Play On' riddim, un massiccio ed incalzante tappeto ritmico roots prodotto da Mighty Cez a rievocare nella sua linea melodica 'Black cinderella' di Errol Dunkley. La produzione delle tracce e' a cura di DJ War, storico selecter salentino, insieme a Segnale Digitale. Nelle vocals sono coinvolti vari personaggi di grande importanza ed alcune nuove leve del suono salentino: in 'Fanne ca' l'ex Sud Sound System Treble ritorna sulla scena con una lirica 'conscious' ed una grintosissima prestazione vocale. Sul retro del suo singolo troviamo la version pulita del Play On riddim. 'Ganja War' di Lu Marra e' l'ennesima big tune di un ormai famoso vocalist che ricorda con la sua potente voce lo stile del deejays giamaicani dell'inizio degli anni '90. Sul retro di 'Ganja war' abbiamo l'esordio del cantante Mikelino: 'Non ti stancare mai' e' una piacevole esortazione ad impegnarsi per riempire la vita di scopi giusti ed importanti e non lasciarsi 'bruciare'. Il terzo singoletto a completare il lotto di uscite ospita un'altra ganja-tune e cioe' 'Sansa logica' di Bleizone e sul retro 'Pija coscienza' di Cocco/Ventrejanca: l'emergente collettivo Bleizone si riallaccia all'argomento della tune di Lu Marra mentre Cocco/Ventrejanca si riallacciano alla lirica di Mikelino. Tutti i singoli sono freschi ed originali e mettono in evidenza la enorme creativita' che contraddistingue la scena salentina anche nei suoi interpreti meno conosciuti.
