Segnale Digitale expands their contact network and the crew is more and more often moving outside Italy to collaborate, experiment and approach all forms of digital expression which are bursting out and being promoted in the musical underground of the time. The influences and opportunities for contamination by the most advanced digital and independent music, such as Detroit techno, deep house, jungle and drum'n'bass, dub and dancehall, increase thanks to work and friendship experiences, and contacts in Toronto, Los Angeles and London. The crew takes part in experiments and independent projects that always broaden the scope and international character of Segnale Digitale, while always maintaining true to its link with Italy thanks to contacts, friendship and a series of collaborations with the independent Italian music scene of the time. And so, it continued with djset and mix tape production with the best independent music of that time, as well as audio-video production and post-production activity.
