In the early 90s, thanks to the availability of new low cost possibilities of audio and video production due to the introduction of instruments and techniques of digital recording, the Segnale Digitale crew begins to work with various Italian and foreign groups, managing video on one hand, production on the other, as well as post-production and audio editing for video makers, filmmakers, technical industries, production agencies, and independent labels in Italy and non Italian countries. During this time, Segnale Digitale features itself in the ten year work of a group of digital artists and independent experimenters who, from the mid 90s begin to use the instruments of their work to produce cultural and political results as an alternative to the meaning of the dominant industry, with a commitment to the rising of a new artistic and social sensibility associated with a deep consciousness of the cultural, spiritual and human roots linked to the new and ancient traditions of the people of the world.
